This build was an extension to an existing timber weatherboard Victorian dwelling, marrying the old residence in with the new contemporary addition. We used colorbond matte monument standing seam and second hand red bricks as the external cladding types.
The rear extension transitions seamlessly from classic period charm into sleek modernity. The expansive open-plan living zone is an entertainers dream with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, a floating hearth, full height windows designed to capture the northern light and outlook.
Internally the addition consisted of a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area with butlers pantry, laundry, rumpus room, office, master with WIR and ensuite, two bathrooms and a mudroom.

This inner city warehouse was completely transformed into accounting offices with large glass partitioned walls, suspended acoustic ceilings, raised reception area ceilings reaching over four metres in height to marry in with the tall glass fronted façade, automated partitioned glass sliding doors, computer server rooms, kitchenette, attic ladder staircase to service mezzanine storage rooms, aluminum skirtings and modern cladding system used on the exterior of the building.
An impressive transformation from an old warehouse to a new office development achieved within a very tight deadline and limited workspace, located in inner city Bendigo.

Our client purchased this inner city Victorian solid brick home in a state of near disrepair, there aim was to restore the original dwelling back to its former glory as well as extending the home to include an ensuite and open plan kitchen,l iving and meals area. As the property had rear access the clients decided to utilise this space by adding a second hand brick two story garage/gym/mezzanine/office with views of the cathedral and inner city Bendigo.
Some features include second hand, hand made red bricks for an internal feature wall and external walls, high troweled concrete floors, external copper cladding, floor to ceiling glazing, tuck pointing to the façade and exposed rafter cathedral ceilings in the mezzanine area.
The clients have a long history of renovating properties to a high standard, fortunately we have had the opportunity to proudly work alongside the owners as a team to create a highly sought after inner city niche product.

Harcourt House was built in the Victorian country town of Harcourt on 70 acres of an old granite quarry. With a rich history of supplying granite to key buildings in Melbourne the site was perfect for Art & Troy who viewed the leftover workers’ buildings, quarry holes and piles of granite as huge features.

We were extremely excited when we were given the opportunity to build this amazing home, the clients were living in Melbourne during the entire build and their brief was to create their dream contemporary family home using warm earthy materials.
Located on a beautiful rural lifestyle block the home offers a variety of features including stone work to a double sided fire place and entry pillars, large rare timber beams and timber staircases to split levels, troweled finished geo thermal hydronic heated concrete floors, silver top ash external decking, external compressed sheet cladding with express joints to the external alfresco ceiling, P50 moulds were used to replace architraves and skirtings to create a shadow line, square set ceilings throughout, high raked ceilings to kitchen and living area with high raised fixed windows and commercial Alucabond cladding to external facia in replacement of exposed timber beams.
Overall we are extremely happy with the finished product and believe we have met the owners brief and achieved a high level of craftsmanship throughout the build. The clients were ecstatic with the result and have now relocated back to Bendigo into their new family home.
